Today was an amazing day for us and the Kiwi Country Kids new book, The Chicken Caravan (and calendar!). Held by family friendly Puketapu Pub in Napier, Hawke's Bay, Sally and team set up with flags, banners and freshly baked farm-themed cupcakes, and spent a lovely 2 hours meeting and greeting friends, family, fans and intrigued pub-goers.
Happily, the book launch was a complete success, nearly selling out of an entire box of books, with just enough left to give to Puketapu Pub and Puketapu Store to sell on behalf. So if you live locally and missed the book launch, you can nip in and buy a copy and save yourself on shipping!
Thank you to everyone who came a long and made it such a fun occasion. It was a huge milestone for Kiwi Country Kids, and we're already dreaming up the next book and creating some fun merchandise for our biggest fans to buy online.
